It just keeps getting better.

Tahoe Beachfront Residence owners will be among the first to benefit from multiple improvement projects underway in Kings Beach. From the planned lakefront boardwalk to the pier extension and the waterside ampitheater, Tahoe Beachfront Residences are in a prime location to take advantage of all the newest improvements to downtown Kings Beach.

Kings Beach Core Improvement Project

Thanks to Placer County’s $44 million dollar renovation of the Kings Beach corridor, this lakefront beach town is even more accessible. You can walk, run or bike along miles of newly paved paths that meander through town, parks and the main public beach. Stop at one of the great restaurants or bars along the way, visit sports rental shops, or grab necessities at grocery store and pharmacy.

Kings Beach State Recreation Area & Pier Reconstruction Projects

California Department of Parks and Recreation, in partnership with the California Tahoe Conservancy, initiated a revision to the Kings Beach State Recreation Area General Plan and proposed a pier reconstruction project at an over 13 acre area that will possibly include a 660′ pier, lakefront boardwalk, ampitheater, ice skating rink and kayak launch area.
